This might confuse you on how to apply this on your profile, But ill give you a hint how.

x: After you clicked it, go to THEME tab .
x: Look down for USE CUSTOM HTML

Applying the code part :

You will now notice alot of css and html stuff but first of all, you must be clever looking onto those codes and simply find the end of CSS part.

It might end like this for CSS

and start another code with this for your layout container.

NOTE: Always remember that we have different themes,
- There's theme with left and right boxes
- A theme with a centered align layout

You can actually edit the WIDTH, HEIGHTl, BG COLOR and the most important is the YOURUSERNAME.
