Manny Villar.
-Maybe he doesn't have a perfect reputation in politics [like c-5 extension scandal] but it was never been proven that he did a malicious act [because what government bought form him are COMMERCIAL LANDS and not industrial lands and a COMMERCIAL LAND is really more expensive than of an industrial land]

And also, he helped many people.
He has been helping the poor, the abused OFW's, the abandoned, and the like using HIS OWN MONEY; MONEY w/c came from his own perseverance and abilities [and not from inheritance because as we all know, he came from a VERY POOR family but because of his perseverance, he is now the 5th richest person in the Philippines]

And lastly, FOR ME, he has the highest capacity among all presidential candidates for 2010.
