RULES:

1. video doesn't contain any unsutiable content for young viewers or any nonsense videos..

2. You can post 1 0r 2 videos in 1 topic. too much multiple videos will be deleted..

3. Videos must be either training videos (to receive advice), inspiring videos (that help others train), that will be appreciated..
